The Reptile and Amphibian Rescue Network (RARN) is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt public charity able to receive tax-deductible contributions; a dedicated group of herpetologists (reptile and amphibian enthusiasts) committed to helping reptiles and amphibians of all kinds. We typically work with Animal Control, and Herpetology groups, providing treatment and safe haven for reptiles and amphibians with medical issues, behavioral issues, and any other trouble which causes the animal to require more specialized care than shelters can provide. We also adopt animals to caring individuals once they have been rehabilitated.
